Your unique contribution

Reporting into the Senior HR Manager – Pacific Operations, the role supports our wineries and vineyard operations. The role has a focus on driving best in practice employee relations and people performance culture.

Ideally based in Blenheim we are flexible around whether you are looking for part time or full time, offering you the work life balance you are looking for.

You are an HR professional with a passion for employee/industrial relations as the role supports leaders who are managing employees covered by a Collective Agreement. We also guide the business through key HR lifecycle events such as performance development reviews, merit campaigns and talent assessment.

  • Be the technical specialist. Represent and support the business on all employment legislation, company policies and Workplace Agreements.
  • Coordinate the employee lifestyle tasks for high performance culture, educating the business on the performance development processes.
  • Partner with the business to assess and plan change management activities involving our people.
  • Manage full end to end employee workplace grievances and investigations.
  • Coach, mentor, train the business in being a high-performance employee culture.
