About the role

The Field Marketing Manager will assist with planning, developing and implementing regional marketing programs targeting relative markets to generate opportunities. This person will be the point of contact within the selected region for Field Marketing and will work closely with the local Sales Team. In this role, you will share responsibility for lead generation, PR, and brand awareness with the other Field Marketers, focusing strongly on regional activities, including events, campaigns, and customer and partner co-marketing. You will also undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the field marketing department’s activities. In this role, you will work closely with Userlane’s sales team to align plans to their needs. The Field Marketing Manager will also understand the individual sales territories and their unique circumstances in order to execute initiatives to meet lead generation objectives.

Your mission

  • Execute targeted regional marketing plans to bring together marketing programs and regional opportunities, including but not limited to field events, online events, trade shows, industry associations, digital campaigns, to build the sales pipeline, generate leads, and accelerate opportunities for the field.
  • Support outbound and inbound marketing activities in multiple areas (content promotion, digital campaigns, leads generation and events execution).
  • Work with vendors to implement promotional events and campaigns and manage the production of all major marketing materials.
  • Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional sales team and marketing peers.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives in close cooperation with Customer Success Managers, Sales, and Marketing Teams.
  • Submitting ideas for new creative marketing campaigns in cooperation with the global marketing team to attract the attention of business executives.
  • Assisting in managing and implementing demand creation and lead generation activities to develop qualified sales leads and create brand awareness activities
  • Frequent monitoring and reporting on field marketing programs and their success against sales and demand generation objectives and developing ways to improve those campaigns
  • Monitor marketing expenses, budgets, and invoices, and provide monthly reports including statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
  • Organizing and planning the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers, sponsors, and other involved parties
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
  • Conducting vendors and market research
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Your profile

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing / GTM organizations, ideally for a tech or SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree focused on marketing, communications, and business a plus
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing events and campaigns in the United Kingdom and/or DACH, U.S.
  • Highly organized and proven project management skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English- German is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal business English language communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proactive attitude - you identify opportunities to drive business success
  • Passion for a high-paced and result-driven environment and keeping it fun
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce (being able to find relevant information for marketing within the system)
