Salesforce Business Analyst

Role Purpose

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you would help guide businesses to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. You would gather requirements around business challenges, meticulously document these requirements, clearly understanding business objectives and translating them into system requirements. You would continuously monitor system performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for enhancements and upgrades.

Key responsibilities

· Gathering insights about issues that need resolving or processes that can be improved.

· Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.

· Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes.

· Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.

· Collaborate with leads and managers and cross-functional teams.

· Develop comprehensive test plans and cases.

· Drive user adoption and facilitate a smooth transition to the system enhancements by develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and support users.

Individual Profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL (Structured Query Language), Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Proficiency in requirements management tools like JIRA and Confluence to help business analysts capture, document, track, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Previous Business Analyst experience in Telecom industry is added advantage

• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like Oracle, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Good to have soft skills like flow and process diagramming and wireframing.
