Sales Engineer

Role Purpose

Predominantly a desk-based Sales Engineer function based out of Dublin. The role is part of EXA Customer Hub team, focused on managing and developing a core base of mid-market to Enterprise clients.
Sales Engineer, as member of EXA Customer Hub, will work across the wider organization, engage regional and central engineering and operations teams, support regional Sales Engineering

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and articulate complex telecommunications solutions.
• Develop technical responses and strategy for customer requirements
• Clearly articulate technical elements of the EXA Infrastructure value proposition
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of EXA Infrastructure products and services
• Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape.
• Contribute to the creation of case studies, white papers, and other technical documents
• Understand and effectively utilize EXA Infrastructure’ resources
• Provide high quality customer service during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales activities
