What is Ignite

Dedicated to our newest team members, Ignite is the gateway to your Prime journey. You will have the opportunity to take your first steps on a hugely rewarding career path. There are different roles within the Ignite Programme:

Associate Medical Writer

As an Associate Medical Writer your job will be to work with senior members of the scientific team in delivering a wide range of medical communication projects. Extensive training and mentoring will be provided.

The right candidate will show a flair for writing and excellent attention to detail, as everything you produce will be expected to meet the highest possible standards of grammatical and scientific accuracy. You will develop the skills necessary to adapt content and style according to audience and client objectives, showing an aptitude for keeping up-to-date with therapeutic areas as well as ability to work to our robust practices and processes.

Associate Medical Writer Entry Requirements

  • A life sciences degree, ideally combined with a science Masters or PhD
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of standard computer software e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe, Excel

Account Executive

As an Account Executive you will provide project, financial and administrative support across a variety of projects and client accounts. The right candidate will demonstrate energy and enthusiasm, great interpersonal and communication skills and a desire to learn more about the industry. Extensive training and mentoring will be provided.

Account Executive Entry Requirements

  • A degree in Life Sciences (desirable)
  • Organisational skills at project level
  • Good written/oral communication skills
  • Numeracy and IT skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Good communication skills

Associate Market Access Writer

As an Associate Market Access Writer your job will be to work with senior members of the Prime Access team in delivering a wide range of communication projects targeting those who make decisions about access to new drug treatments across the globe.

This is an exciting area of health delivery. Extensive training and mentoring will be provided, and candidates should have a broad interest in the evidence and economics surrounding healthcare systems and the value of new treatments.

The right candidate will show a flair for writing and excellent attention to detail, as well as an enquiring mind and an ability to analyse and distil complex information. You will develop the skills necessary to adapt content and style according to client objectives, showing an aptitude for keeping up-to-date with new drug therapies, public policy initiatives as well as ability to work to our robust practices and processes.
