Sales Onboarding and Training Specialist

Join us in creating a world-class sales team that truly embodies our company culture and values. We're searching for a Teamtailor MVP who leads by example and is eager for an exciting new professional challenge.

In this role, you will join our newly formed Scale Up Team, dedicated to hiring and onboarding 100 new sales colleagues by January 2025. You will have the mission to effectively prepare new and existing sales colleagues to perform at a high level, contributing to the overall success of the sales department and the company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a comprehensive onboarding program tailored to the specific needs of the sales department
• Ensure the onboarding program covers company culture and policies, sales processes, product knowledge, and sales tools
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and e-learning modules
• Track the progress of new hires through the onboarding process
• Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to new hires during their initial months
• Work closely with sales managers and leaders to align training programs with sales goals and strategies
• Assist new hires in integrating into the company culture and building relationships with their team members

We are looking for someone with:

• A team player with energy and drive
• Strong pedagogical and communication skills
• Very good organisational and planning skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidate
• Understand and embed our values and company culture
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in SaaS is a plus
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet timelines on deliverables
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
