For our client, we are looking for a People Analytics Lead.
The scope of the assignment:
- Lead heart rate measurements across the whole of Sweden based on Glint tools
- Responsible for insights and analysis conclusions from the report landscape description and production of data for the annual report/sustainability report
- Lead projects linked to data (data-driven HR dashboards)
- Contribute data and insights to HR's Strategic Agenda
Profile & Merits:
- Experienced user of excel & powerpoint
- Use existing data sources connected to HR data (Glint, Tableau)
- Lead projects
- Structured way of working
- Link between Data&Analytics and HR (high level of cooperation)
- Accuracy in analyzing data and creating reports
