Implementation Specialist

we are looking for a Implementation Specialist with expertise in Commercial Control for the ERP transformation program.

Scope:

Support the team in successful SAP S/4HANA system implementation by confirming the system requirements. Leverage your expertise in Controlling and SAP modules to drive business improvements.

Assignment description and main responsibilities:

The role, Implementation Specialist, will be responsible to participate in fit/gap workshops, solution design demos, and user acceptance testing. Responsibilities include monitoring program status, aligning activities across teams, and maintaining activity and issue lists for timely delivery. The role will be 100% allocated to the project, supporting the Business Controlling team.

Deliveries:

• Program Participation: Act as an operational representative for Business Controlling in program activities such as fit/gap workshops, solution design demonstrations, and user acceptance testing. Operational Forums: Serve as a member of operational forums to monitor program status and ensure alignment of activities across teams.
• Activity and Issue Management: Maintain an activity and issue list for the Controlling team to guarantee timely delivery and integration into the program.

Competence requirements:

• Business Control Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Business Controlling, with a comprehensive understanding of finance and controlling business processes.
• SAP Implementation Experience: Proven track record in SAP implementation programs or significant experience as an SAP user.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP modules, including COPA (Controlling and Profitability Analysis), master data management, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) structures, and accounting.
• Analytical Skills: Expertise in marginal analysis and other financial analysis methods.
• Operational and Team Skills: Exceptional operational skills combined with a structured approach to problem-solving. Must be a team player with a knack for cross-team collaboration.
