Job Summary:

The Compliance Lead will be responsible for ensuring that our digital trust products meet all regulatory and compliance standards required for EIDAS 2 and ANSSI / PASSI certifications. This role involves coordinating with various departments, conducting thorough compliance audits, and leading the certification processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, particularly in the digital security and trust domains.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Certification Management:

  • Lead the process of obtaining and maintaining EIDAS 2 and ANSSI / PASSI certifications for all digital trust products.
  • Liaise with certification bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.

Compliance Oversight:

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to compliance processes, policies, and certifications.
  • Generate detailed reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required.

Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with product development, legal, and IT teams to ensure all products and services comply with relevant regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks associated with digital trust products.
  • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks to address potential compliance issues.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Propose and implement improvements to compliance processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the digital security or trust industry.
  • Proven track record of leading certification processes, particularly EIDAS and ANSSI / PASSI.
  • Strong knowledge of EIDAS 2 and ANSSI / PASSI standards and certification processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in compliance management tools and software.
