Location: Open to Leeds or London based candidates.

This is a hybrid role, the team works in-office 2-3 days per week and remotely the rest of the time.

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager, Bids or a Creative Bid Manager to work with one of our renowned global professional services clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality bid responses.

Working as part of an internal agency, this role would involve close collaboration with the global marketing team and various internal stakeholders to ensure the alignment of bid strategies with company's broader objectives.

What you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end management of high-value bids and campaigns, focusing on the delivery of high value bid assets (website, interactive PDF and print) and ensuring they are produced to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement bid strategies aligned with client needs and the company's goals.
  • Act as the primary internal and external client contact, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Create detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of quality across all deliverables, conducting thorough reviews.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, financials, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in managing large budgets and complex projects preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of bid processes and campaign management, particularly in delivering marketing assets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with a client-focused approach.
