Strategy and Investor Relations Executive

Job Description

Roles & responsibilities:

• Produces industry competitive analysis and operating performance benchmarking, not limited to financial kpis, fleet, operations, supply chain, vendors analysis and macro evaluation. Able to identify market trends and business development opportunities
• Build dashboards to analyse performance of the group and generate new insights for the airlines
• Analyze long-term market trends for the purpose of providing recommendations to leadership and management across the business in regard to business development opportunities, inclusive of acquisition and disposal strategies, process improvements, and cost optimisation strategies
• Assist in the preparation of presentation decks for internal & external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive annual/long-term strategic plan for the airline group
• Assist in business development and corporate finance activities by analysing financial data, prepare valuation and returns report, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making in evaluation M&A, investment opportunitys and fundraising projects
• Manage certain business-wide strategic initiatives and projects

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail, have high-energy and a proactive nature, have a positive can-do attitude, be results-driven and demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong understanding of financials and operating performance of a company
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as highly developed collaborative nature
• Proficient in use of Word/GDoc, Excel/GSheets, Powerpoint/GSlides, which will be necessary for the creation of both visually and verbally engaging analyses reports and presentations, for the business’s leadership and management as well as senior strategy management
• Ability and willingness to drive projects independently, working efficiently to deliver results rapidly and engaging the relevant stakeholders throughout the process
• Great plus if have Knowledge of SQL / Tableau or willingness to invest time to learn
