Senior Vice President

Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Growth and Marketing, this position will lead our beverage alcohol net new logo growth team while also play a key role in maintaining our existing clients' executive leadership relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build Predictable Revenue Growth and influence Client Retention:
• Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow revenue within the Beverage Alcohol sector.
• Monitor and maintain acceptable margins and profits for the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of new logo salespeople.
• Foster a positive working environment and drive high performance within the team.
• Serve as the face of the organization to the industry, representing the company at key events and conferences. Lead thought leadership through written articles, and speaking engagements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, where needed, and identify new opportunities for growth.
