  • Assist in managing customer onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and successful product adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, ensuring satisfaction, reverting back in an end-to-end bug process.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and areas for product and service improvements.
  • Support founders in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct customer training sessions to help users maximize the value and effectiveness of our products.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation, tracking interactions and progress.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, helping to identify at-risk accounts and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in the German language is essential.
  • Basic understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
