The opportunity

As People Coordinator your responsibilities will be split between recruitment coordination and facilitating our people lifecycle. You’ll play pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a company's People function. You’ll serve as the operational backbone, handling a wide range of tasks with meticulous attention to detail while providing exceptional support to our people.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build the dream team: nurture the best candidates through our interview process.
  • Own our stellar candidate experience: Advertise roles, screen profiles, coordinate
    interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive candidate journey.
  • Verify and onboard: Conduct background checks and prepare comprehensive offer packages for successful candidates.
  • Welcome joiners: Own and execute our onboarding program to help new joiners feel at home from day one.
  • Empower the team: Set up new joiners with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Keep things running smoothly: Manage employee records and benefits accurately and maintain our HRIS system.
  • Be the employee champion: Support employee relations, help with performance processes and help coordinate training and development opportunities
  • Provide exceptional support: Address employee inquiries promptly and efficiently, creating a positive and supportive work environment – no job is too small!
  • Be our communication champion - Drive compelling internal and external communication strategies. Showcase our vibrant company culture championing wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Stay compliant: Ensure all recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle processes adhere to legal and company standards.

What we're looking for in you

  • Essential Experience: Proven track record as a key player in a small, high performing People or HR team.
  • Self-starter: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative. You embrace change and adapt quickly to evolving priorities and processes.
  • Juggle like a pro: Exceptional time management and organisational skills to excel in our fast-paced environment. You effectively prioritise and manage a diverse workload, shifting focus as needed.
  • Meticulous mastermind: Unwavering attention to detail ensures accuracy in every task.
  • People person: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting
    relationships.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in automation, data management – you’re excited by tech!
  • Problem-solving wizard: Creative and analytical approach to overcome people challenges. You confidently identify and address challenges proactively, developing innovative solutions.
