Head of Product Excellence

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Product Excellence to join the team at Yapily, reporting into the VP of Product Strategy & Innovation.

This role sits within the Product Strategy & Innovation team, set-up to answer two main questions: Are we doing the right thing and are we doing it the right way? This team connects strategy and individual teams’ work to ensure that we are completing the most valuable work in line with our company objectives and that we do it in the most efficient way.

You will be responsible for driving the implementation of best practices to improve operational efficiency, working with teams to deliver key roadmap items, reporting on KPIs including product performance, roadmap delivery and operational efficiency, and ensuring technology efforts are tied to overarching product and business strategy. Crucially, you will facilitate communication with internal stakeholders across different teams and across all levels of the organisation.
