Executive - Indirect Tax

What Will You Do?

• Managing Day-to-Day Tax Compliance: Oversee and manage daily tax compliance activities to ensure adherence to regulations and deadlines
• Filing GST Returns: Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns accurately and timely
• Data Extraction from ERP Systems: Extract necessary data from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for the preparation and filing of tax returns
• Handling Other Relevant Compliances: Address additional compliance requirements under applicable laws such as filing Letter of Undertaking (LUT) and amending registrations as needed
• Preparation for Tax Filing and Appeals: Conduct necessary calculations and prepare working documents for tax return filing, appeals, and other purposes
• Accounting Entries for Tax Purposes: Record and process relevant accounting entries related to tax transactions

Who should apply for this?

• Experience: Relevant experience in handling Indirect tax matters: VAT, service tax and/or GST for at least 3-4 years
• IT proficiency: Knowledge of SAP or other ERP will be an advantage
