Dutch After Sales Consultant

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently hiring a Dutch After Sales Consultant to work remotely in Greece. As a Dutch After Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assisting with after-sales inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support and assistance to Dutch-speaking customers
• Handle after-sales inquiries, issues, and complaints
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and technical problems
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective resolution and follow-up
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and issues
• Keep updated on product knowledge and company policies
• Adhere to company guidelines and procedures

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in a customer service role or after-sales support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively
• Detail-oriented and ability to maintain accurate records
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid European Passport or ID
