Dutch Travel Consultant for Airlines

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently hiring a Dutch Travel Consultant for Airlines to join our team. As a travel consultant, you will specifically focus on providing exceptional support and assistance to Dutch-speaking customers who are planning their travels with airlines.

As a member of our travel consultant team, you will handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, travel itineraries, and airline policies. You will provide travel recommendations, assist with flight and seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers in booking flights, and provide travel advice and suggestions
• Handle customer inquiries related to flight schedules, fares, and airline policies
• Ensure a smooth travel experience for customers by coordinating flight and seating arrangements
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Stay updated on airline policies, industry trends, and travel-related information
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve customer service and processes

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role with a focus on airlines is strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts
• Strong knowledge of airlines, flight booking systems, and industry rules and regulations
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the airline industry
