Your mission:

• You serve as the primary contact for external warehouses and value-added services (VAS) providers, establishing strong and collaborative partnerships.
• You plan and develop the portfolio of external warehouses and VAS providers, efficiently embedding them into our supply chain network to enable Planted's growth in Europe.
• You ensure compliance with agreed-upon quality, service levels, terms, and conditions.
• You budget and negotiate prices, storage, and service capacities, setting up and editing contractual agreements.
• You identify, escalate, and participate in resolving business-critical issues affecting punctuality, completeness of deliveries, compliance, and service and product quality.
• You analyze inventory inaccuracies, ensuring accurate alignment between ERP and physical inventory, and optimize the quality of inventory data in the ERP.
• You build and provide full-cost analysis for standard costing, budget planning, and developing cost-saving measures.
• You ensure optimal inventory levels in close collaboration with other operations departments.
• You coordinate the implementation of new products and processes at partner locations.
• You regularly track the performance of partners and drive continuous improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, reduce costs, and improve margins.
• You drive the EDI connection of external warehouses and VAS providers to our ERP system in collaboration with the IT/Process & Systems Manager.

You:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar studies, or have an apprenticeship with relevant work experience.
• Have ideally 5 years of work experience (minimum 3 years if in a similar position), with a demonstrated understanding of warehousing, supply chain processes, networks, and inventory management procedures. Experience in managing third-party logistics providers is considered a plus.
• Possess a proven track record in negotiating and business relationship management.
• Exhibit excellent organization and communication skills in an international, cross-functional, and fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Are a fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Are proficient in ERP and Excel; experience with MS 365 Business Dynamics is a plus.
• Understand EDI transmissions to and from external warehousing partners.
• Have a financial understanding of P&L and the ability to drive results for bottom-line profit.
• Are willing to travel to different warehouses across Europe.
• Are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
