Under the scope of the Finance Department, the Corporate Operations Analyst will support to oversee principle business activities and the cost control projects throughout their lifecycle, taking an active role in all aspects of the principle business activities and process, and helping delivering a complete solution to the stakeholder.
The Corporate Operations Analyst will support to ensure the Principle (GVA) business activities are optimized from a cost efficiency perspective and ensure reporting to GVA is accurate, timely and complete. Have oversight on Cost control projects and initiatives undertaken by the Agency and ensure project stays on track regarding budgets and timelines. They will be a liaison to coordinate the schedules and tasks of many internal teams and to gather insight, approvals, and other stakeholder contributions.
Part of the role will also be to elaborate reports and analysis that will require the Corporate Operations Analyst to professionally engage the key stakeholder and drive actions to improve the performance/results.
