Business Analyst

Your assignment
• Support the Business Navigation & Operations Manager in the business plan, budget and forecast process by translating the store’s strategy and goals in Profit & Loss (P&L) scenarios using financial analysis and benchmarking.
• Lead the store’s monthly financial report with the accounting team (SO & Store) for ensuring at all times correct group accounting principles and regulations are applied.
• Monitor the store budget and recommend improvement by working closely with the other functions.
• Support the sales team in converting performance insight into actions towards maximizing business opportunities in the most efficient and effective way i.e. setting the daily sales estimates together with commercial activities shopkeeper and the Business Navigation & Operations Manager, reporting gaps vs sales plan and recommending actions to tap into commercial opportunities.
• Support correct procurement of indirect material by requesting and comparing supplier quotations, review contract management in compliance with procurement principles and IWAY standards.
