Engineering Manager

We are looking for the Engineering Manager to support our Telecommunications Division - the foundation for our company's growth. We provide a world-class turnkey solution to companies building FTTH networks in the US.

Our International Team consists of over 100 professionals delivering best quality solutions for our customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive the development of our products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading engineering teams, and a deep understanding of project planning methodologies and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and ensuring qualitative execution of projects within deadlines;
• Lead the transition/implementation of our engineering model from strategic partnership to self-perform (develop the plan);
• Recruit, manage, and grow engineering team;
• Project status reporting (e.g., current status and estimated delivery time, identification of potential risks, suggestions for overcoming them, etc.);
