The Role
We are currently hiring an Investor Account Management Document Posting Staff to join our team, supporting one of our largest private equity clients. The principal responsibility of this position is to provide investor service support to the client’s investors globally as noted in the responsibilities section below.
The individual will primarily work within Salesforce and a unique client platform to provide high-level support in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong listening comprehension and communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
Investor Document Posting (100% of time)
· Upload diligence materials, capital calls, distribution notices, quarterly reporting and annual reporting for publication to investor website.
· Generate appropriate investor contact reports using Salesforce and review to investor population for specific uploads.
· Draft communications utilizing Investor Notification email templates for the appropriate investor contacts and coordinate Fund Management review. Upon approval, send emails to specified contacts.
· Correspond directly with Fund Management and Partnership Accounting teams regarding document details: timing of document distribution, errors within the documents, and overall presentation to ensure quality and consistency of service provided to the investors.
· Work closely with internal support to identify and troubleshoot internal document posting system errors.
Knowledge, Education, Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
· Demonstratable client service experience.
· A self-starter with the ability to prioritize and see the bigger picture.
· Strong research/data mining skills.
· Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
· Strong listening comprehension skills.
· Organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and diligent.
· Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
· High integrity and must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
· Advanced PC skills and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
· Intermediate level Excel skills.
· Familiarity with SharePoint, Salesforce, or another CRM systems a plus.
