JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Specific Our client is seeking experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our team and support the development of several business-critical enterprise initiatives under our Simple and Secure Self-Service (S4) umbrella. The ideal candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, designers, and business or subject matter experts, to ensure the successful execution of both new and ongoing projects.

Examples of current initiatives include, but are not limited to, the following: β€’ Design Standards Tool (DST): is an equipment right-sizing tool that helps Store Designers and Field Leaders make data-driven decisions for store equipment and station investments. The DST plans for up to 5 years growth leveraging a DAIBO modeling framework. It includes new stores and renovations across both Company Operated and Licensed Stores.

β€’ SD Project Scorecard: this is a new tool folded into the existing Store Development process in support of brand excellence and adherence to standard. For new stores and renovations, it enables: Benchmark design excellence against current standards & drive adherence. Supported by: Visual Guidance with links to standards as reference and scoring thresholds to determine path forward.

β€’ Short-Term Closure Tool (STCT): allows district managers and above the ability to capture unplanned short-term closures and business disruption events within their markets. Within a single system STCT collects and shares closure event data to the right level leader that occurs in market.

β€’ Store Experience Assessment (SEA): this tool is a comprehensive District Manager assessment that drives retail excellence and improves operations, collects, data, and shares results of assessments with different levels within leadership.

Job Summary These positions contribute to client success by assuming end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of multiple Data, Analytics, Insights, and Business Operations (DAIBO) data products. Our client design, build, and nurture a digital ecosystem that elevates their brand and grows business by amplifying human connections, relationships, and experiences. To be successful, the Technical Product Managers, need to have significant technical acumen and experience along with a passion for delighting product users with simple solutions and engaging data driven digital experiences. Key Responsibilities β€’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead day-to-day product planning and development through consistent collaboration and decision-making with architects, developers, designers, and business or subject matter representatives. β€’ Requirement Translation: Convert customer experiences into technical requirements and innovative product solutions. β€’ Technical Acumen: Independently drive the technical solutions for large, complex features, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision. β€’ Documentation: o Detailed requirements from a business perspective. o Detailed functionality and features of the product. o Comprehensive plan outlining timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation. o Clear and concise user stories and use cases that outline the functionality from an end-user perspective. o Specific, measurable criteria that define what success looks like for each feature or product iteration. o Agendas, minutes, and outcomes from sprint planning and review meetings. o Identification of potential risks, their impact, and mitigation strategies. o Regular updates on project progress, milestones achieved, risks identified, and mitigation actions taken. o Documentation of test plans, test cases, and results to ensure the product meets the required standards o User guides, manuals, and training materials for end-users and support teams. o Report detailing what was successful, what challenges were encountered, and recommendations for future β€’ Acceptance Criteria Definition: Establish and define clear acceptance criteria for product features. β€’ Feature Sizing and Planning: Collaborate with producers, engineering, and QA teams to align on feature sizing and delivery planning. β€’ Information Validation: Ensure the engineering team has the necessary information on endpoints, inputs, and outputs. β€’ Issue Resolution: Help resolve technical blocking issues and coordinate solutions across multiple technical teams. β€’ Feature Validation: Validate features against customer and business goals and acceptance criteria. β€’ Feasibility and Constraints Assessment: Determine the technical feasibility, dependencies, and constraints of features, with support from neighboring technology teams as needed. β€’ Performance Metrics: Define product performance and effectiveness metrics to measure and benchmark product success. β€’ Continuous Improvement: Monitor feature performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. β€’ Optimization and Process Improvement: Drive optimization and process improvements between product, design, and development teams. β€’ Innovation: Recommend and plan innovative products and features to keep the product line competitive and aligned with market demands. Must work in PST timezone.

Qualifications β€’ Proven experience in technical product management or a similar role. β€’ Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle. β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and handle multiple complex features. β€’ Proficiency in creating technical documentation and specifications. β€’ Experience with performance metrics and continuous improvement processes. β€’ Innovative mindset with a passion for driving product excellence.

- Must have experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Lake. - Technology Background – React JS, JavaScript, SQL, Azure
