Talent Attraction Specialist

The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values.

Main Responsibilities

• As a part of Talent Sourcer team, collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop and implement talent attraction strategies;
• Identify and interact with potential candidates globally via social media and professional networks;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates;
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System);
• Track conversion rates in different recruitment process stages and draw data-based insights;
• Perform on-demand and/or long-term market research to develop custom talent attraction strategies;
• Take part in additional initiatives (e.g., employer branding, candidate experience, internal process improvements, implementation of new tools and/or platforms).

Core Requirements

• Previous experience in talent acquisition and talent sourcing, including usage of professional networking platforms and applicant tracking systems;
• Analytical mindset, ability to draw data-based insights and conclusions, understanding of key recruitment metrics;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Strong relationship-building skills;
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.

Salary Range

• Gross Salary: 1490-2650 EUR/month.
