The Opportunity… The business has a unique opportunity to realign business processes globally and make the entire Group ready for the future. Today, around 14,000 employees work with existing SAP ERP systems. They call up over 50 million transactions every month. ZEISS aims to standardize and regularize different ERP systems, from numerous companies across the entire Group during the changeover from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. The goal is to be as close as possible to the SAP standard and to harmonize processes across all segments and countries wherever it makes sense, focusing around; Efficiency, Effectivity, Speed, Flexibility & Compliance. FIT4 is an essential lever in implementing the Company’s #agenda25 The Role… ZEISS are seeking a passionate, dynamic Data Expert S/4HANA to join this exciting time for the organisation. The successful candidates will be responsible for data analysis and migration. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile local data requirements from individual legal entities as part of multiple SAP deployment projects
• Design, implement, maintain and document data models in SAP S/4HANA based on identified data requirements
• Develop and maintain data quality processes to ensure accuracy of business data
• Plan, develop and execute data migration & data testing
• Manage data cleansing in legal entities, i.e., troubleshooting and resolving data issues in source systems

Your Profile

• 3-5 years of professional experience in data management
• Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems
• Sound knowledge of data requirements management
• Proven experience in multiple master data domains (e.g., business partner, finance, material)
• Excellent data implementation, data migration & cleansing skills
• Good understanding of relevant tools (SAP DATA Services & Information Steward)
• Relevant SAP and/or data-related certifications
• Excellent analytical and communications skills
• Ability to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams
• Business fluent in English and an additional language
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
