Job Title: Senior SAP S/4 HANA HR Expert

Job Type: Full-time, remote (Europe only)

Job Duration: Contract position

Responsibilities:

• Implement, set up, and configure HR master data in S/4 HANA instances for SAP programs. Additionally, propose the optimal method for maintaining HR master data in SAP S/4 HANA, sourced from the global HCM system, Workday.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and propose solutions
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth implementation and functionality
• Provide support and maintenance for SAP HR systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP HR Consultant
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HR modules and experience with S/4 HANA
• Strong understanding of HR business processes
• Experience with SAP implementation projects
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
