**Job Description
Card Marketing & Messaging is looking for an experienced Product Manager excited to shape one of Capital One’s largest initiatives, a transformational effort to modernize Customer Management’s decisioning use-cases. Capital One’s current decisioning use-cases enable ~11BN in NPV, supporting our Mainstreet, Upmarket, Partnerships, and others. These capabilities range from Marketing digital offers to customers to determining a customer's credit line. In this role you will be responsible for helping document the needs of our segments, capabilities and internal integrations with new internal/external platforms. As a product manager, you will be responsible for leading 1-2 tech teams, developing their roadmaps alongside our partner platforms, ensuring we successfully deliver on our high-profile goals, and working with the program leadership to inform our longer-term strategies.
