• You will provide legal support for our development and construction activities across Spain, including PV, Wind and BESS.
• You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating the appropriate contracts, including land leases, surface rights, EPC and O&M contracts, shareholder agreements for shared grid infrastructure or subcontracts/supply contracts for major components.
• You resolve disputes by managing settlement agreements, providing pre-litigation advice, and overseeing contract management.

Requirements

• You have a Spanish Law degree.
• You have 4-7 years of experience working within the construction or energy sector.
• You have the ability to understand, assess, and identify the legal implications, risks, and opportunities related to the company's activities, requiring a very good understanding of the company's operations.
• You have experience resolving disputes by managing settlement agreements, providing pre-litigation advice, and overseeing contract management.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English, any additional language is a plus.
