Data Center and Renewables OEM International Key Account Cluster Manager

Socomec is opening a new cluster within our International Key Account team focused on two key OEM categories: Data Center (Busway, PDUs & PODs Manufacturers, Precision Cooling) and Renewables (ESS OEMs customers). We are seeking a dedicated and experienced International Key Account Cluster Manager to lead this initiative.

Your main missions revolve around :

• Define and deploy strategy to generate growth on your cluster this on all Socomec product lines.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders inside accounts (C-Level, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain).

• Manage key accounts in collaboration with the sales team across EMEA, APAC, and North America.

• Define, negotiate, and implement framework contracts and pricing policies.

• Handle calls for tenders and manage escalation for large deals.

• Pilot the adapation of products for specific needs and support new offers or Proof of Concept initiatives.

• Manage mid- and long-term forecasts with the Supply Chain.

• Propose new accounts based on growth opportunities and strategic alignment.

• Lead, develop, and evaluate a small team, initially including one sales member.

Requirements

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalence with 10 years experiences in Sales and/or Marketing in Electrical Industry.
• Experience in Management of high profile customers is a plus
• Strong commercial acumen
• Fluent in English / French would be a plus
• Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with people from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Ability to synthesize information
• Capacity to take initiatives and strong leadership are assets for this position.

This position requires 40% travel
