**Get to know the Role:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Ops & Analytics will be responsible for working with the Sales Operations, Commercial, Product Analytics and Finance teams to develop and implement strategies, tools, processes, and targets to enable the Sales teams throughout Grab to promote and deliver services to Grab’s ecosystem participants. . The individual must have the ability to both think strategically to develop plans, and also have the operational expertise to execute on them with the Commercial and Sales Operations Team. As part of a fast growing organization, you will provide key inputs into sales strategy, customer segmentation, org structure, process improvement, and business analytics.

The day-to-day activities:

**Sales Steering & Performance

  • Key Business Partner to the Commercial Country Head managing Philippines and the Country Sales Managers.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of Country Market Planning / Business Reviews
  • Drive Data into Monitoring and Analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinate and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts
  • Support Country Sales Heads and Sales Team to monitor and forecast revenue performance and other sales KPIs against Quarterly Sales Targets
  • Tactical to Strategic Planner - Support Sales Team with sales and market data intelligence analysis for business cases with internal and external data
  • Partner with Country Sales leadership to define and execute sales strategy, sales policies, processes and business system requirements

**Process Excellence

  • Maintain integrity of sales and customer data by driving adoption and proper usage of sales tools, including SalesForce.com
  • Enable access to sales data and KPIs via tools like SalesForce.com, Google Sheets, PowerBI, etc
  • Pricing & Discount Policy Enforcement
  • Work with Regional Operations Teams to roll out new solutions to improve the efficiency of Sales Operations processes in the Country

Requirements

**The Must Haves:

  • Minimally 3 years of business, and sales operations experience preferably in Adtech, SaaS and B2B environments
  • Good command of English
  • Keen interested to learn about digital advertising sales and Grab's ecosystem
  • Experience in influencing designs, implementing, and enforcing cross-functional processes
  • Independent self-starter with a ‘can-learn, can-do’ attitude
  • Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders are imperative
  • Influencing and driving projects independently and ability to start advising the junior team members on process effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and adapt to changing business requirements; ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Degree in Marketing, Finance or Business
  • Proficient in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is required. Power BI and Tableau experience will be advantageous.
