As Field Marketing Partner - B2B - Global IT Consultancy - Hybrid (40 hrs pw / Full-time / permanent), you will a highly motivated and passionate self-starter and will be at the forefront of our global and BeNeDe focused pipeline demand-generation activities.
Your role will involve planning, project-managing, executing, and optimising campaigns and events to create localised brand awareness and visibility for our Quality Engineering and Cyber Security solutions. You will collaborate with Business Managers, Sales, and Practice Leads, as well as regional and global marketers, to drive pipeline goals.
You will also work closely with our talent and HR teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns to reach and engage potential candidates as part of our employer branding initiatives.
This role will report directly to the Global Marketing Director and will have one person reporting to them.
- Demand & Lead generation (Prospects & Candidates): Develop and execute creative and effective marketing programmes targeting medium to large enterprise companies, utilising social media, trade shows, and other relevant channels to convert potential candidates and prospects into leads.
