Join Our Team as a Key Contract Support Administrator at Euronet in Warsaw!
Are you looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and innovative environment? Euronet is seeking a motivated and proactive Key Contract Support Administrator to join our Warsaw office on a full-time basis. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
What You’ll Do:
- Utilize EBO base and other internal tools for various tasks.
- Maintain ongoing control of orders in our Procurement System.
- Prepare and manage documents related to Euronet agreements with diverse clients.
- Organize documentation on SharePoint or other dedicated resources.
- Prepare reports for various Euronet Polska departments and external clients.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to monitor the liquidity and timeliness of invoice payments.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- A proactive and communicative attitude, with a strong willingness to learn.
- Basic Excel skills (nice to have).
- Experience in administration (nice to have).
- English language knowledge (nice to have but not required).
