Brand Lead

We are looking for a Brand Lead to drive the Treatwell brand - at a consumer and a partner (hair and beauty salons) level - forward across Europe, leading a new chapter and driving meaningful impact for both sides of our marketplace.

This role will have the mandate to develop the brand across the 13 markets we currently operate in and help shape the roadmap for expansion both internationally and at a proposition level.

The ideal candidate will have experience getting stuck in, with strategic and insight led rigour aligned with a creative and consumer-centric energy. And an obsessive focus on delivery!

You will be responsible for:

  1. Brand building, protecting and championing b2c and b2b
  2. Excellence in campaign + planning strategy
  3. Strong proven experience in communications specifically in social + content with a focus on influencer flywheel
  4. A keen understanding of marketplace dynamics specifically around advocacy and network effects
  5. Leading creative performance working in close partnership with with our Growth and Design team
  6. End to end delivery of brand marketing strategy + offline presence
  7. Feed of Market x consumer behaviour insights
  8. Team Management + cross company collaboration

You will have ownership of:

  1. Brand Awareness + Consideration metrics
  2. Higher funnel growth targets including incremental orders and leads
  3. Brand sentiment
