We seek an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join the team in Stuttgart. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure a sustainable and profitable growth for the allocated Customers. Define the needs (new product, localization, quality improvements, etc.) to ensure this growth. Manage and expand our business by developing existing customers. Support execution of key projects, particularly in the case of Global Projects and the need for cross-functional issues resolution. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, fluent in both English and French. Italian and German are nice to have skills.

Results-driven sales professionals with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record with Tier 1 OEM automotive suppliers are welcome for submission to join this team in Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with actual customers as the primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries.
  • Communicate customer needs or claims internally for quality, logistics, purchasing, etc.
  • Lead negotiations on yearly volumes, pricing, and contractual conditions. Review new contracts with the legal department and Sales Director.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive industry.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports. Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Must have at least 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably having worked with major Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
  • Languages: Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required. A Master's degree would be advantageous.
