Senior Data Analyst - Recruitment Technology & Operations

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Recruitment Technology & Operations team, to provide insights about our recruitment and managed talent operations and the usage of associated technologies so as to inform product development, adoption, and decision-making on technology strategy.

You will report directly to our Co-founder & Chief Software Architect in Singapore.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with our data engineers to maintain our data lake and data marts to serve business queries
• Design and experiment with models and algorithms in a variety of business contexts, including our search and matching systems and candidate management systems
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the impact of new features and changes
• Analyze usage metrics in our recruitment platform, Superpowered, and our Managed Talent Platform to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to improve operational efficiency and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead and run weekly business review cadences, including preparing materials, presenting findings, and offering strategic commentary
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in data, preferably in a startup environment

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Go, or other data analysis tools

• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Google Data Studio)

• Experience with experimental design and model evaluation

• Good spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus

• Exposure to data pipelines such as Apache Airflow and Kafka is a plus

• Experience in using Large Language Models via API and prompt engineering is a plus.
