- Customer Relationship Management:

- Timely email responses and interdepartmental communication
- Resolve client escalations swiftly
- Regular communication to understand needs and provide support
- Onboarding Support:
- Seamless onboarding experience
- Assist in the onboarding process and candidate endorsements
- Collaborate with internal departments on training and client feedback
- Customer Success Plan Application:
- Implement tailored success plans
- Monitor and ensure adherence to action plans for Operations
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for improvements
