About the role:

You will lead Cash Management Client Services team in Vilnius which is responsible for corporates daily cash management questions and global implementations. The deliveries shall be handled according to agreed service levels.

As a Team Manager, you will have a full responsibility for the staff and service delivery for the corporate clients. It will be your responsibility to plan, steer and support the development of your team. Moreover, you will be securing a proactive dialogue and collaboration with stakeholders/colleagues in different Sites, especially ensuring close dialog with colleagues in Sales unit.
