Project Manager

PURPOSE:

Responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects while working closely with our team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Submit change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Identifying and develop new opportunities with clients.
  • Obtain the customer’s acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Position will work in a combination of field and office environments. Standing, sitting, driving and walking required daily. Job will involve minimal travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a 4-year college degree preferably in a technical field.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Experience in wireless communication development, site acquisition and construction project management is a plus.
  • Proficient user of MS Office especially MS Excel & Pivot Tables.
  • Demonstrated mastery in ongoing multiple tasking and project management skills.
  • Disciplined and organized individual with attention to details.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth changing environment; ability to work independently and have the ability to interact with coworkers, management, auditors and other advisors.
  • Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent multi-lingual verbal and written communication skills; ability to summarize and present data in an organized, concise manner.
