RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide day-to-day support and administration of Supply Chain systems.
2. Work with IT support personnel to analyze and resolve system errors or issues.
3. Creates specifications for system enhancements and completes client acceptance tests.
4. Provides assistance to Supply Chain employees for system troubleshooting or direction on system functionality.
5. Provide training and desk-side support, as required, for SAP modules used by Supply Chain.
6. Assist with SOX Expenditure Cycle audits and Supply Chain internal audits as required.
7. Provide guidance to system users on required SAP Roles and use of Saviynt User Access Management (UAM).
8. Consult and advise on Supply Chain system functionality and requirements with Supply Chain representatives in Refining, Midstream and Corporate.
9. Collaborate with representatives from Accounts Payable, Finance, Supply Chain and IT to continually seek advancement of integrated systems used by MPC to create competitive advantages through enhanced cost savings and minimized risks.
10. Support leading Supply Chain practices and continual process improvement initiatives.
11. Data Cleansing activities and knowledge transfer.
12. Identify, prioritize, and solve high-impact business problems.
13. Identify, visualize, and analyze data from a variety of sources to obtain business insights.
14. Review information with Supply Chain Leadership Team for current and future year budget submittal.
15. Track and maintain budgeting process for all of Supply Chain.
16. Review and correct journal entries for Supply Chain budget.
17. Coordinate with 3rd party auditors, Advise on audit related issues (Contracts, Compliance Review, etc.)
18. Assist with SOX Expenditure Cycle audits and Supply Chain internal audits as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional Level 1 (P1)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Entry level experience in supply chain, commercial, contract management, Information Technology or related field.
Professional Level 2 (P2)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 4 or more years of experience in supply chain, commercial, contract management, Information Technology, critical analysis and evaluation of data, financials, technology support, or related field.
Professional Level 3 (P3)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 6 or more years of experience in supply chain, commercial, contract management, Information Technology, critical analysis and evaluation of data, financials, technology support, or related field.
Professional Level 4 (P4)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 10 or more years of experience in supply chain, commercial, contract management, Information Technology, critical analysis and evaluation of data, financials, technology support, or related field.
Professional Level 5 (P5)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 12 or more years of experience in supply chain, commercial, contract management, Information Technology, critical analysis and evaluation of data, financials, technology support, or related field.
