Salary: £24,000
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday – 9.00-5.00

Our Client:
We are recruiting for a Which-Award-winning national insurer. Based in their Grantham office, they are a forward-thinking team who provide outstanding service to an ever-increasing portfolio of diverse business and personal clients in the insurance industry.
The Role:
Our client has a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team! You will be responsible for providing the highest possible level of service to existing and potential clients of the agency. Taking the time to fully understand their needs, probe for gaps in existing covers, and ensuring that you are always protecting their current and future interests in the way that best suits their personal circumstances.
Responsibilities:
- Working with customers over the phone, by email, and in person to offer insurance solutions for their business and personal needs.
- Identifying and promoting their range of investment, pension and health & safety products.
- Ensuring that you deliver for their customers in a timely manner, so customers have the cover that they need when they need it.
- Getting involved in team initiatives so that they remain a great place to work.
- Attending events to meet customers, and to promote their services to potential new leads.
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience working in Customer Service is essential.
- Previous experience working with a Financial Services company is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement.
