What you'll do

• Conceptual Development: Collaborate with art directors, designers, and senior copywriters to create original concepts and ideas that align with brand strategies and client objectives.
• Storytelling: Transform complex medical data into engaging narratives and promotional copy that resonate with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the creative team to develop campaigns that are both scientifically accurate and creatively compelling.
• Brand Messaging: Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and effectively communicates the desired message across various channels and formats.
• Research and Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory requirements to inform content development and ensure compliance with ABPI guidelines.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of all content.
• Feedback and Adaptation: Actively participate in creative reviews, adapting content based on feedback and evolving client needs.

About you

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences, life sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in medical copywriting, with a focus on conceptual work within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
• Portfolio: Candidates are required to provide a portfolio showcasing their work, highlighting conceptual writing and creative storytelling in healthcare communications.
• Creative Expertise: Demonstrated ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas that effectively communicate scientific information.
• Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and scientifically accurate content.
• Collaboration Skills: Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ABPI regulations and industry standards.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
