(Senior) Consultant - Wealth & Asset Management

We are looking for a (Senior) Consultant in Wealth & Asset Management to join our team in Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Munich, or Vienna. As a (Senior) Consultant, you will support the analysis, definition, and implementation of new business and operating models, digital transformation programs, and post-merger integrations at asset managers, private banks, wealth managers, and custodian banks. You will also advise clients on key regulatory topics such as KYC, Anti-Financial-Crime, KAIT, KAGB, MiFID II, DSGVO, and the associated compliance issues. Your responsibilities will include supporting sales processes, participating in bids and client presentations, gradually taking on more responsibility for your topics, as well as leading (part) projects and project teams. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various internal topics, further educate yourself internally, and implement your own ideas.

• Successful completion of a university degree and several years of professional experience at an asset manager or in management consulting, ideally in the financial services sector
• Knowledge and experience in legal requirements (e.g., MiFID, KAGB, or AIFMD), customer segments, products, and distribution channels in the field of Wealth & Asset Management. Familiarity with common trading solutions and/or core banking solutions (e.g., SimCorp, Avaloq, Aixigo, OBS, Temenos, Bloomberg, Charles River, or Aladdin) is desirable
• Experience as a project manager, PMO, or business analyst in transformation projects (agile and/or classic) and ideally IT skills, especially knowledge of asset management applications
• Team-oriented, highly self-initiated, committed, and assertive
• Excellent communication skills in German and English and unrestricted mobility nationally and internationally
