Marketing Manager

What you will do:

• You will play a crucial part in expanding both our Emma e-commerce and offline business, while steering Emma’s revenue growth in the Colombian market, by designing and implementing business development and marketing strategies.
• You will work with local and global stakeholders, such as logistics, customer service, paid social, paid search teams, and so forth, to enhance both operational excellence and marketing efforts.
• You will manage digital marketing, such as website, advertisements, SEO, Google Analytics, content creation, CRM, influencer, affiliates, and other marketing activities.
• You will generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key markets, and players, thus helping us understand the customer journey and improve our marketing efficiency.
• You will conduct research, analyses, and reports through which you will identify growth potentials, optimizations, and risks.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related university program
• You have experience in marketing, business development, and e-commerce (preferably with at least 4 years of marketing experience and start-up exposure being a plus).
• You have very good English communication skills
• You have strong analytical skills and can learn quickly
• You like to take on responsibility and can work independently
• You have drive, ambition, and a genuine interest in growing a business
