Talent Acquisition Lead for AME & Russia KAZBEC will be responsible for developing and deploying talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across the region. The role requires strategic thinking ability with deep understanding of the cultural diversity and talent landscape across AME & Russia-KAZBEC region.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the AME & Russia KAZBEC region, tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each market within the territory.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging continuous learning and development.
- Partner with senior leadership & country HR teams to understand business objectives and translating these into talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Utilize data and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies, improve processes, and make evidence-based decisions.
