Are you passionate about creating exceptional mobile experiences? We are on the lookout for a talented SPM to join our Real Estate Mobile Apps team. In this role, you will lead the work of the cross-functional team to drive and build an innovative mobile app experience for our real estate portal, helping people find their dream homes.

This is a pivotal moment for our app strategy, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of home-moving decisions in Poland, Romania, and Portugal.

As part of the Real Estate customer unit at OLX Europe, you will report directly to the Head of Product. Join us and make a significant impact on how people find and love their new homes!

The role can be fully remote in Poland or you can work from our offices in Poznań or Warsaw.

What you will do

• Define and lead the mobile app experience product vision, strategy, goals, success metrics and roadmaps (short and long-term) for the Real Estate category in OLX.
• Build a product that is 'loved' by our users. Create a great customer experience, raising the bar on quality, functionality and usability.
• Identify user needs through different methods of research (quantitative, qualitative, product analysis, market insights, competitor benchmarking). Also responsible for data analysis, experimentation, and reporting on the app product area to bring changes and improvements to the user experience.
• Ensure a high-quality user experience with our products by applying technical awareness and understanding of technical risks, both in short-term and long.
• Inspire your teams, partners and build agreement around your plans. Also actively work with your team in the delivery of the roadmap.

What we are looking for

• You have thrived and built great mobile app products as a senior/lead product manager, at a high-traffic Internet or e-commerce company.
• You have 5+ years of experience in delivering impressive features at scale that drive large swings in main metrics.
• You aim to understand and delight your users, using your product skills to invent on their behalf.
• You are experienced in data-driven product development and applying A/B testing, user research, conversion optimization, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis in your decision-making.
• You take full end-to-end responsibility for your product, including hands-on work. Work independently with support and coaching from the Head of products.
• You value collaboration and diverse and inclusive teams
• You have excellent communication skills, including communicating technical concepts to a variety of audiences. You are required to be proficient in English.
