I.OVERVIEW
TGI is a fast-paced and dynamic company looking for a passionate SEO Content Writer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will create high-quality, search-optimized content and contribute to various copywriting tasks as needed. You will work closely with the Lead Copywriter and other team members to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

II.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.SEO Strategy and Content Development

•Plan, identify, and create a successful content SEO strategy to uncover new keyword opportunities and optimize content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
•Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for our websites.
•Craft compelling written content (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions) that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
•Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligns with the company’s tone and style.
•Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and optimize content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

2.Quality Assurance
•Ensure high quality content, maintaining standards for accuracy and consistency.
•Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets style, tone, and accuracy standards.
•Ensure content conforms to project specifications and department guidelines.
•Address and correct errors to ensure final outputs are consistent and error-free.
•Conduct experiments and A/B tests to optimize content performance.

3.Collaboration and Communication
•Work closely with the Lead Copywriter and other team members to ensure cohesive content strategies particularly for the website.
•Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors, coordinators, and team members regarding the status of work.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and engage them in the content development process.
•Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to implement solutions.

4.Operational Excellence
•Identify initiatives to improve and streamline content development processes.
•Adhere to deadlines for all assignments and ensure timely delivery of content.
•Actively participate in functional and personal knowledge training programs.
•Perform other duties as assigned by the Creatives Lead or immediate supervisor.

III.QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, English, Creative Writing, or equivalent experience
•At least 5 years of experience in content writing and SEO management
•Proven experience in creating SEO-optimized content and familiarity with SEO best practices
•Intermediate hands-on experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFS)
•Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
•Strong analytical skills and experience with content performance metrics
•Excellent communication and project management skills
•Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms
•Deep understanding of on-page and technical SEO, including knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
•Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary
•Strong decision-making skills and ability to present and communicate ideas effectively
