The role -

As a Commercial Business Development Graduate you will have the chance to:

  • Support client teams in developing and implementing innovative solutions
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Assist in the delivery of client engagements, including project management and stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Graduate Business Development professional to join our expanding global sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and helping to build our sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be to identify and qualify opportunities for the sales team, collaborating closely with outbound sales representatives and field sales professionals.

Requirements

  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads to assess their potential for sales opportunities.
  • Manage all inbound leads to ensure they are properly qualified for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support various demand generation campaigns.
  • Drive attendance and participation in company events and regional trade shows.
  • Understand and articulate how our technology solutions address customer challenges.
  • Research target accounts to support prospecting activities, including building contact lists and account mappings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information within the CRM system to support the sales process.
  • Utilize our technology to manage and track marketing leads.
