We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our brand ambassador program.

Key objectives:

  1. Identify a scalable customer acquisition method for reaching our potential clients (delivery riders).
  2. Scale this acquisition method to attract 400+ customers per month over the next 3 months.
  3. Ensure a reasonable customer acquisition cost that aligns with our business economics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, emphasizing the identification and cultivation of sales talent to nurture them into proficient sales representatives or affiliates.
  • Develop, refine, and analyze sales scripts, continually optimizing them to enhance effectiveness.
