We're growing rapidly and are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Product Manager who will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports.

Product Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities.
  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Work with the marketing team to create compelling product collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Conduct product training for internal teams and provide support during product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales, and other stakeholders to guide product development.
  • Implement product updates and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demands.

Requirements

Required Skills :

  • Must have experience working with SaaS companies
  • Must have experience working with EHR & EMRs
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and experience working with UX/UI teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience working with US healthcare
  • 5-6 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare products, services, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships..
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good knowledge of product management tools and software.
